Shaping Intimacy

Sally Forster

Sally was drawn to psychotherapy while working as a volunteer with mothers who were struggling. As a mother herself, she became fascinated by how human experience and development is shaped by both nature and nurture. One of Sally's areas of focus has been how inherited and learned patterns of behaviour influence our ability to be intimate and to form deeper bonds.

Sally is a registered psychotherapist and a psychotherapy supervisor for therapists of all levels of experience. She has a private individual and group therapy practice at Spectrum Therapy in London and at Yafford on the Isle of Wight.
